The short version of how we work together.

Who you are working with

Cinevo AI Production ("we", "us") is a film studio producing CGI product films, brand spots, UGC ads and short films. These terms apply when you commission work from us. Booking a project means you accept them.

Quotes and prices

Every project is quoted as one fixed price before anything starts, based on the length of the film and how many cuts you need. That price does not move once you approve it.

A quote covers the project as described in it. If you later want a different concept, a different product, extra films or extra formats, that is new work and we will quote it separately before doing anything.

Payment

50% is due before we start, and the remaining 50% on delivery. We send final files once the balance is paid. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Revisions

Revisions are included. Once you have signed off the moodboard and script, we keep refining until the film matches that plan, and most notes come back the same day.

To be clear about where that ends: revisions mean getting the approved plan right. Deciding you want a different concept, a different story or a different product after production has started is a new project, and we will quote it before starting.

What you get, and who owns it

You own the finished film. It is yours to run anywhere, on any platform, in paid or organic, worldwide and with no time limit. There is no licence to renew and no extra fee later.

We keep ownership of our working files, project files and internal tools. If you need those as well, ask and we will quote for it.

Showing the work

We may show finished work in our portfolio, on this website and on social media. If your project is confidential or tied to an unannounced launch, tell us in writing and we will keep it private, either permanently or until a date you choose.

If you need to cancel

You can stop a project at any time. The deposit is non-refundable because it covers the work already reserved and started, and anything completed beyond that is invoiced at the proportion of the project delivered.

If we cannot deliver for any reason on our side, you get a full refund of anything paid for work not delivered.

Keeping your information private

Anything you share with us about an unreleased product, campaign or launch stays confidential. We will not share it, and we will not use it for anything other than your project. Happy to sign your NDA if you have one.

What we cannot promise

We can promise the film. We cannot promise what it will do commercially, because views, sales and ad performance depend on your product, your offer, your targeting and the platform, none of which we control.

Platforms also set their own advertising rules and can change them. Checking a film meets the rules of where you are running it is your responsibility, though we are glad to help.

Where the law allows, our liability for any project is limited to what you paid us for that project.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The terms that apply to your project are the ones in place on the day you book it, so a later change never affects work already agreed.
